The main house, the courtyard huts, the steward’s house, and the stables are adapted for meeting and staying guests. A restaurant of Russian-French cuisine is located in the former weaving factory, a former carriage house serves as a concert and banquet hall, and the majestic Church of St. Michael the Archangel greets guests at the entrance.

The huge area of historical buildings of 5 thousand m2 and a park of 30 hectares allows you to receive up to 5 thousand guests on the territory at the same time and accommodate up to 200 guests in rooms.

The hotel offers boats on ancient ponds, a carriage and a stagecoach, bicycles, a mini zoo, a playground and a zipline. There is a beach on the banks of the Don River with a bar and stone-paved areas overlooking the river. There are playgrounds for sports and team competitions on the territory: beach volleyball, big table football, yard games of the 19th century: lapta, cricket, small towns and petanque.
