The Chateau de Talu restaurant and tasting complex is located within the city, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the shores of the Black Sea, on the Thick cape of Gelendzhik Bay, where fine wine from its own vineyards meets refined French cuisine.
Austrian architect Johansson Mücke was invited to create a 2-storey complex in the style of a French chateau. He worked in a team together with the architects and designers of the AA Partners bureau.

The team aimed to create a place where everyone can see, feel, and most importantly, taste the beautiful. The philosophy of Chateau de Talu — Art de Vivre is the art of living, enjoying the moment and not rushing anywhere.

The winery’s restaurant and tasting complex has three main components for an unforgettable event:
The venues vary in style and content: from cozy halls with sofas and antique armchairs in the style of a palace greenhouse or a ballroom for formal dinners to panoramic areas in vineyards overlooking the sea for walks and receptions.
Extremely elegant own wines reflecting the unique terroir of Gelendzhik.
A combination of the author’s interpretation of French cuisine with a Russian accent and local products from outstanding chefs Ilya Zakharov and Sergey Kupriyanov.
The Chateau’s team of sommeliers and chefs have mastered the intricacies of combining wine and dishes to perfection, and have gained extensive experience in preparing and conducting enogastronomical dinners: real celebrations of taste and pleasure.

The infrastructure of the castle, park, vineyards, and wineries allow for a wide variety of high-level events: fashion shows, open-air concerts against the backdrop of the sea, sunset parties, social receptions, dinner parties, quests and other activities, performances in vineyards, as well as weddings, corporate outings and private family celebrations.
Over the 3.5 years of operation of the restaurant and tasting complex, we have hosted about 450 events on our sites: conferences, seminars, gala dinners, weddings, birthdays, car rallies, corporate outings. Well-known companies and brands have entrusted their events to us: Bentley, Genesis, Renault, Lamborghini, Siemens Finance, Siemens Healthineers, Porsche, RBC, Syngenta, OSC, Arnest, Cashmere and Silk, RusVinil, Sberbank, Rosselkhoznadzor, Promsvyazbank, as well as private guests.
Since its opening in 2021, it has become a tradition to hold its own events in order to introduce and involve guests in the wine and gastronomic culture. There were more than 120 of them. Every month we organize enogastronomical dinners, where we tell you how to combine dishes and wine; chef’s tables, where we reveal the secrets of cooking many of our guests' favorite dishes; blind tastings, educational wine games, picnics in the vineyards, themed weekend dinners.
