In order to create the effect of absolute immersion in French Provence for our guests, during the period of the first planting of the vine and before the completion of the construction of the plant, obtaining a license for wine production (2013−2019), our team visited the wineries of France 28 times, in the best wine regions: Bordeaux, Alsace, Burgundy, Languedoc, Bandol and, of course, the region that we just fell in love with — Provence. We met our French colleagues here in Russia, held an endless number of consultations and negotiations, and simply lived by the vineyards, every twig of it, in order to obtain exceptional French-quality wine, which was deservedly appreciated not only by thousands of our guests and partners, but also by experts in the field of winemaking.

The winery has an agrotouristic complex, 86 hectares of vineyards, an apiary, a farmer’s cafe, an authentic wine cellar, a mini farm, an orchard, an observation tower, a hotel and a playground.

The varietal composition of our vineyards is selected with an emphasis on France and Austria: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gruner Weltliner, Aligote, Traminer, White Muscat, Pinot Gris, Zweigelt, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc. The Aligote variety has become our flagship. At the moment, we fully provide ourselves with our own grapes and produce mono-varietal wine from them. All the equipment at the winery is of Austrian, Italian and Croatian production. Our wines have received a high mark and have taken their rightful place in the "Wine Guide". It is planned to increase the vineyard area to 120 hectares and retrofit it with equipment for wine production of up to 500,000 bottles per year, build a restaurant and a hotel, a spa center, and open branded wine shops.

The location "At the Fountain" is one of the main venues for events. It has a beautiful facade, an entrance with panoramic windows, a fountain, and a spacious event area. Gorgeous lavender blooms in June and July. The area is illuminated around the perimeter. It has an unusual structure for hosting a Wellcom (Buffet), and also for the main banquet.

One of the locations used for events is the "Upper Area" Located on the upper terrace behind the Chateau building. From this platform you can enjoy a magnificent view of the vineyards and the lavender field. Here we can accommodate the maximum number of guests. The contours of the site’s usage are shown in the drawing. Everything that is not included in the contour can be used by us during the acceptance and processing of grapes, as well as other production processes; photo shoots and other types of filming; guided tours, or for access to the 2nd floor premises.
